Diversity in the Workplace

Are you currently or becoming a manager, but realize that your “LGBTIQ outing” within the company is hindering your career? Are you consciously hiding your true self to avoid jeopardizing your career, but do you feel this creates additional stress in your daily work? Your company wants to support internal LGBTIQ groups with coaching methods to promote equality?

LGBTIQ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersexual, Queer) is becoming an increasingly important topic, including in the business world. Many companies have now established processes to promote and ensure equal rights. However, individuals from the LGBTIQ community often face individual challenges for which company programs are insufficient.

Beyond the usual steps, the career path is often more arduous and stressful. Here, too, I contribute my own experiences, which promote understanding of the specific situation and make needs visible.

My services are aimed directly at individuals who would like to work with me on their LGBTIQ issues on a self-funded basis. I also support companies that want to expand their internal LGBTIQ services through personalized coaching—for teams, groups, and individuals. For this purpose, I enter into a direct coaching agreement with the company.
